Eligibility

  • Admissions are open from Nursery to Class VI for session 2025-2026. Minimum age required as on 01 April 2025 for each class admission is as follows:

  • The Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office or online at Jaipuria School Vrindavan Yojna by paying the registration fee. The completed registration form needs to be deposited in the School office, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • For Grades Nursery to KG, an informal interaction of parents along with the child will be conducted. From Grade I and upwards, written assessments are conducted for admissions along with interaction with parents.
  • After registration, parents will be issued an admit card which will contain details about assessment/interactions.
  • Parents must bring the health certificate and original birth certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation, along with self-attested photocopies.
  • No changes to the date of birth will be entertained once admission is confirmed.
  • The school reserves the right to change the date and time of the interaction if necessary.
  • The admission fee is fully earned and non-refundable.

Transfer Certificates

Students transferring from other schools (including outside U.P.) must have their Transfer Certificates counter-signed by the relevant Education Officer of the concerned state.

Requisite Admission Form

  • Photocopy of the birth certificate (original must be presented for verification).
  • Copy of the following documents:
    • Aadhaar Card of the ward and the parents.
    • Three passport-size photographs of the ward and parents.
    • APAR Document of the ward and parents.
    • Previous school’s Transfer Certificate/other documents.
  • The school reserves the right to interact with the child and parents if necessary, after entrance tests.

Documents

Documents required for admission are:

  • A photocopy of the date of birth certificate of their wards issued by a competent authority at the time of admission. Please carry the original also for verification.
  • Copy of previous schools’ Transfer Certificate/any other documents
  • Five passport size photographs of the ward and five each of the parents

Admission Fee

  • Fees should be paid in the School Office, divided into four equal quarters, maximum in twelve installments, before the end of the academic session.
  • Fee once paid is NOT refundable.
  • Fee payment via DD/Cheque is accepted up to the 10th of every installment month.
  • DD/Cheque should be drawn in favor of: Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow – REVENUE A/C, payable at Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow.
  • Fees should be paid by the 10th of the due month.
  • Late payment fines:
    • Rs. 100/- fine if paid after the 10th but before the 25th.
    • Additional Rs. 100/- per week if unpaid after the 25th.
  • If the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
  • If a student seeks re-admission, they will be charged a re-admission fee equal to the original admission fee, subject to approval by the Principal.
  • Any collection charges will be payable by parents/guardians.
  • Detailed fee structure will be shared only after registration.

Rules for Admission

  • The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
  • The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final.
  • Advance notice of at least one month is required for withdrawal. One month’s tuition fee will be charged for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
  • Full quarter’s school fees are chargeable for any withdrawal in the middle of a quarter.
  • Transfer of admission to another Jaipuria School is a matter of preference, not guaranteed.
  • Seats will be reserved for the weaker sections of society as per the Government RTE Act in Nursery section, subject to compliance with State Government Orders.
  • If supporting documents are found to be inadequate, the school reserves the right to withdraw/cancel admission.

Calendar

  • Annual Examinations are held in March.
  • Cumulative assessment of the whole year determines promotion to the next class.
  • Detention rules are applicable as per the board’s direction.
  • A student who fails twice in the same class will have to be withdrawn from the school.

Course Structure

ACADEMICS

The medium of instruction is ENGLISH and the school provides education to both boys and girls within a span of 14 years divided as under:

Nursery, Class L.K.G and U.K.G Primary School
Class I to V Junior School
Class VI to VII Middle School

Primary and Middle School:

  • English, Hindi, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, General Knowledge, Environmental Science.

Senior Secondary:

  • Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, English.
  • Commerce: Business Studies, Accounts, Economics, English (Optional: Hindi or Physical Education).
  • Humanities: History, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Music, Dance (Optional: Hindi or Physical Education).
  • Art, Music (Western & Classical) & Dance.

Additional Offerings:

  • Yoga and Meditation are integral to the school curriculum.
