Registration Process

Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office by paying the requisite registration fee and the completed registration form needs to be deposited there within the stipulated time. The said registration fee shall not be refundable.

Documents to be Submitted

A photocopy of the child’s Date of Birth certificate, issued by a competent authority, must be submitted for admission to Grades Nursery to I
Original transfer certificate from the previous school along with PEN will be required for admission to Grade 2 and above.
The originals of all the submitted photocopied documents must be carried at the time of admission for verification.

Eligibility

Admissions are open from Nursery to Class VI for session 2025-2026. Minimum age required as on 01 April 2025 for each class admission is as follows:

The Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office or online at Jaipuria School Vrindavan Yojna by paying the registration fee. The completed registration form needs to be deposited in the School office, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
For Grades Nursery to KG, an informal interaction of parents along with the child will be conducted. From Grade I and upwards, written assessments are conducted for admissions along with interaction with parents.
After registration, parents will be issued an admit card which will contain details about assessment/interactions.
Parents must bring the health certificate and original birth certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation, along with self-attested photocopies.
No changes to the date of birth will be entertained once admission is confirmed.
The school reserves the right to change the date and time of the interaction if necessary.
The admission fee is fully earned and non-refundable.

Transfer Certificates

Students transferring from other schools (including outside U.P.) must have their Transfer Certificates counter-signed by the relevant Education Officer of the concerned state.

Requisite Admission Form

Photocopy of the birth certificate (original must be presented for verification).
Copy of the following documents:
- Aadhaar Card of the ward and the parents.
- Three passport-size photographs of the ward and parents.
- APAR Document of the ward and parents.
- Previous school’s Transfer Certificate/other documents.
The school reserves the right to interact with the child and parents if necessary, after entrance tests.

Admission Process

Eligibility

Admissions are open from Nursery to Class VIII for session 2026-2027. Minimum age required as on 31 July 2026 for admission to each class is as stated below.

For admission to Pre Primary classes, an informal interaction of parents along with the child will be done.
There will be a written assessment for the child along with an interaction with parents for admission to Grade I onwards.
Date of assessment/interaction and other details will be shared at the time of registration.
No requests for change of assessment and interaction date will be entertained however the school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of interaction if required.

Rules for Admission

The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final as far as granting/refusal of admission is concerned.
Full quarter school fee will be charged for any withdrawal in the middle/beginning of that quarter.
Seats will be reserved for the weaker section of the society as per the government RTE Act, subject to and in compliance with the State Government Order when received.
In case supporting documents are found to be inadequate, the school management reserves the right to cancel the admission.

Students who are under transfer from schools (including those from outside U.P.) must have the transfer certificate counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools/relevant officer of the state concerned.
Transfer of admission to any other Jaipuria School is a matter of preference and not guaranteed. Paid fees, including one-time charges are non-transferable between branches the management reserves the right of admission.

Payment of Fee

The school fee is collected in 4 equal instalments and must be paid before the end of the academic session.
Cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of Seth M.R Jaipuria School, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow.
Payment of fees by DD/Cheque/Online Mode/Cash shall be accepted up to the 10th of the first month of every quarter (April, July, October and January)
A fine of Rs 100 will be applicable from 11th to 17th of the first month of every quarter. Thereafter, a fine of Rs 100 per day will be charged.
If the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months after the due date the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
If any student whose name is struck off the rolls seeks re-admission, he/she will be charged a re-admission fee equivalent to the Admission Fee of that academic session, provided the re-admission is permitted and sanctioned by the Principal.
Detailed fee structure will be shared with the parents after registration of their ward for the admission process.

Calendar

Annual examinations are held in March.
Cumulative Assessment of the whole year is considered for the child’s promotion to the next class.
Promotion rules will be applicable as per the directions of the Board.
A student who fails twice in the same class will have to be withdrawn from the school.

Rules for Admission

The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final.
Advance notice of at least one month is required for withdrawal. One month’s tuition fee will be charged for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
Full quarter’s school fees are chargeable for any withdrawal in the middle of a quarter.
Transfer of admission to another Jaipuria School is a matter of preference, not guaranteed.
Seats will be reserved for the weaker sections of society as per the Government RTE Act in Nursery section, subject to compliance with State Government Orders.
If supporting documents are found to be inadequate, the school reserves the right to withdraw/cancel admission.

Calendar

Payment of Fee

Fees should be paid in the School Office, divided into four equal quarters, maximum in twelve installments, before the end of the academic session.
Fee once paid is NOT refundable.
Fee payment via DD/Cheque is accepted up to the 10th of every installment month.
DD/Cheque should be drawn in favor of: Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow – REVENUE A/C, payable at Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow.
Fees should be paid by the 10th of the due month.
Late payment fines:
- Rs. 100/- fine if paid after the 10th but before the 25th.
- Additional Rs. 100/- per week if unpaid after the 25th.
If the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
If a student seeks re-admission, they will be charged a re-admission fee equal to the original admission fee, subject to approval by the Principal.
Any collection charges will be payable by parents/guardians.
Detailed fee structure will be shared only after registration.

The medium of instruction is ENGLISH and the school provides education to both boys and girls within a span of 14 years divided as under:
